Payment is made through PayPal. You can set your delivery/billing addresses, configure your credit/debit card information and manage your purchases through their secure, easy-to-use website. If you prefer a different payment method, please contact us at support@cedeq.com.


Don't worry, we ship worldwide! Orders are usually shipped via Canada XpressPost (with insurance and tracking number) within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Shipping will be done to the PAYPAL address specified in the payment. If you need your order to be shipped to a different address please make sure to change that address in PayPal before making payment. This is required by Cedeq and PayPal for your protection.

We charge a fixed shipping fee of $15 per order so you can save when ordering more than one Enterpad at the same time.

The Enterpad includes a warranty against defect and/or malfunction for one year from purchase. The warranty covers all parts and labor necessary for repair or replacement. We will either repair or replace the Enterpad. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification.


The Enterpad meets Canadian and American standards (ACNOR 108.8-M1983, code FCC, section 15-1989) with respect to electromagnetic radiation emissions for class A apparatus. Testing was done in conformity with ANSI C6.4-1991 procedure requirements.

Tax and duty

We add applicable taxes for sales in Canada. We do not add taxes and custom dues for sales outside Canada. In most cases, these charges are invoiced by your country’s customs office.

The Enterpad is made in Canada; HS Tariff Classification Number 8471-60-99. In accordance with the Free Trade Agreement between North American countries, Cedeq's Enterpad is available duty free in Canada, the United-States and in Mexico.

Is there any advantage to running in "regular" mode vs "ahk" mode (i.e. speed, compatibility etc)? Scripting looks cleaner in ahk but if it will cause delays when using to control games I'd go with regular. Thanks!

Yes, the Enterpad keys in regular mode could better to control games. Keep in mind that I said “the Enterpad keys in regular mode” not “the Enterpad in regular mode”. You can use some keys on the Enterpad in the “regular” mode and some other keys in the “AHK” mode. Normally (in regular mode), an Enterpad key sends keystrokes. Absolutely, the Enterpad can be useful with Microsoft Word. I suggest the AHK Enterpad for what you want to do. Don’t worry, the Enterpad configuration (product) can easily be switched later if needed. This link will give you code examples to control MS Word:
