Do you have any support for Chromebooks with your products? I'm a previous autohotkey user that now have a Pixelbook

ShortKeeper/AutoHotkey can only be used with Windows. I don't know of anything similar with Chrome OS.
As a programmable keyboard (USB), the Enterpad can be configured to send hotkeys. These hotkeys could be used to trigger macros (if you have the right Chrome OS macro software).
